Data export (GDPR)

You can request a copy of account data associated with your Still You profile.

Steps

  1. 1Open Profile, Privacy, or Account settings.
  2. 2Look for Data Export or Privacy Request.
  3. 3Submit the request from the account email.
  4. 4Wait for support or the app to provide the export instructions.

Helpful notes

  • For security, support may ask you to verify account ownership before releasing data.
  • Exports can take time when data must be compiled manually.
