Restore purchases
Restore Purchases reconnects an existing subscription to the app when you reinstall or switch devices.
Steps
- 1Sign in with the same account used when you subscribed.
- 2Open Settings, Premium, or the paywall screen.
- 3Tap Restore Purchases.
- 4Wait for the restore result, then reopen the Premium content.
Helpful notes
- Restoring only works with the same Apple ID, Google account, or checkout account used for purchase.
- If restore fails, send support the receipt and the email used in the app.
