Sync issues between devices
Sync requires the same account, an active connection, and enough time for changes to move between devices.
Steps
- 1Confirm both devices are signed into the same Still You account.
- 2Open the app on both devices while connected to the internet.
- 3Make a small change, such as saving an item, then wait a minute.
- 4Sign out and back in if data still looks stale.
Helpful notes
- Local-only data may not sync until the app has a stable connection.
- If Premium sync is the issue, use Restore Purchases on the new device.
