Start with a short session and make the environment easy: headphones, low light, and no pressure to do it perfectly.
Steps
- 1Choose a beginner-friendly meditation or a session under ten minutes.
- 2Tap Play and set your phone somewhere stable.
- 3Let thoughts come and go while returning attention to the voice or breath.
- 4After the session, save it if it felt useful.
Helpful notes
- A wandering mind is normal. Noticing it and returning is the practice.
- If sitting still feels hard, try a breathing tool before a longer session.
