Navigating the app

The app is organized around quick calming tools, guided sessions, sleep content, programs, and your saved library.

Steps

  1. 1Use the main tabs to move between Home, Library, Tools, Programs, and Profile.
  2. 2Open a content card to see session length, description, and playback controls.
  3. 3Use search or category filters when you know the topic you want.
  4. 4Save items you use often so they are easy to find later.

Helpful notes

  • The fastest path during stress is usually Tools, then Panic Button, Box Breathing, or a noise generator.
  • Use Profile for account, subscription, privacy, language, and notification settings.
