Cancel or change subscription
Cancellations and plan changes are handled by the platform where the subscription was purchased.
Steps
- 1On iOS, open Apple ID subscriptions and choose Still You.
- 2On Android, open Google Play subscriptions and choose Still You.
- 3If you purchased through web checkout, use the billing link from your receipt.
- 4Cancel before the renewal date shown by the store if you do not want another charge.
Helpful notes
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- After cancellation, Premium usually stays active until the paid period ends.
