Cancel or change subscription

Cancellations and plan changes are handled by the platform where the subscription was purchased.

Steps

  1. 1On iOS, open Apple ID subscriptions and choose Still You.
  2. 2On Android, open Google Play subscriptions and choose Still You.
  3. 3If you purchased through web checkout, use the billing link from your receipt.
  4. 4Cancel before the renewal date shown by the store if you do not want another charge.

Helpful notes

  • Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • After cancellation, Premium usually stays active until the paid period ends.
